Do you ever picture yourself flopping down on the couch next to your babe ten years from now, half-empty bottle of red in one hand, wedding album in the other, still gushing about how perfect your ceremony was? Or how ridiculous your aunt’s boyfriend looked on the dance floor?

Or maybe you daydream about your kids asking you to see your wedding dress, and pulling out the photo books to show them. (And hoping they don’t make fun of your flower crown, or your hunny’s hair style.)

However you picture your future self reminiscing on your life's greatest love story, you're going to want someone you trust to be behind the camera.

More than Just Wedding Photography

Timeless + Heartfelt

When I was little, nothing excited me more than going over to my gram’s house. And it wasn’t because she was notorious for feeding me more homemade chocolate chip cookies than my parents would let me eat, or because she took us kids on wild adventures after school. I loved going to her house because I couldn’t wait to sift through her endless array of photo albums.

My grandmother is a serial documenter. Although she refuses to call herself a professional photographer, she has been photographing everything throughout her life for decades -- including my life. I’d sit on the floor of her living room, totally fascinated, flipping through the pages of her albums for hours.

Wedding Photography: That's a Real Legacy to Leave.

Why I Do It

And that's why I do what I do.

I WANT YOU TO HAVE TANGIBLE MEMORIES LIKE THAT.

I want your grandkids to experience the same joy that I felt as a child, because there’s nothing more special than preserving the best part of your life so your legacy can be carried on.

I grew up surrounded by photography. I can’t remember a time in life that I didn’t have a camera in hand. (I’d even cut my high school classes to ride my bike around town, taking pictures with my friends. Oops.)

Going to school for a formal photography education was basically unavoidable, given how much of my upbringing was rooted in taking photos.

Although I’m a classically-trained photographer with a BFA in Photography from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University, I’m much more sunshine than darkroom. I take myself and my work seriously, but I couldn’t be further from type A. I’m a laid-back, light-hearted adventurous soul, and I love nothing more than working with other free-spirited, open-minded, quirky individuals.

My Credentials

with my husband, probably planning our next trip to Italy (if we aren't already on a flight). Fun fact: My husband proposed in Venice the day after my birthday. We had just seen Nick Cave perform at the Arena di Verona and made our way east. Italy became so dear to us that we decided to drag all our friends and family along for a destination wedding under the Tuscan sun.

My  days off are spent

I've had the pleasure of photographing bands like Modest Mouse, Minus the Bear, Foxing, St. Vincent, Shakey Graves, and Fiddlehead. I even had the honor of photographing one of the last Vans Warped Tour dates!

Concerts and live music are kind of my thing.

Waking up before dawn to catch an early morning flight. Finally making it through TSA. Grabbing a mediocre cup of coffee at the only shop open at that ungodly hour, and sipping it while I wait to board my flight, filled with joy and excitement. Yeah, I love it all.

I'm a travel junkie.

We so appreciate her being calm and flexible throughout the day and making us feel at ease even amongst the chaos. Her photos from our day are beautiful and we are so thankful to have found her!

Rebecca captured our day perfectly!

Rebecca was very personable and easy to work with. It was our first time getting professional photos taken so we were a bit nervous and unsure about what to expect but she gave clear guidance both before and during the session, so we were able to relax and have fun during the shoot.

I did not think we could be so photogenic!

On the day of our wedding, she was able to wrangle all of our family members with confidence and ease. It was amazing! I had no worries when working with Rebecca and cannot recommend her enough.

Rebecca was extremely organized!

From the moment we met her, we automatically could sense how genuine, kind, and pleasant she was. I have always been in love with candid pictures, and she did not disappoint! I have gotten so many compliments about how wonderful they are.

We're blessed to have found her!

She has so many fun techniques to get you laughing and it makes the photos look so natural. Rebecca truly cares about every single detail. We went to so many different locations in the Seaport and Rebecca was up for anything!

Rebecca made us feel comfortable.

Here's to the good that found you and the great that awaits.
